  • Use present tense language

  • Make your affirmations short and simple

  • Believe in yourself and your affirmations

Affirm yourself:

  • What have you done this past year to take care of yourself?

  • What new skills and tools have you learned this year?

  • What areas of your life have you had major growth? How can you use the skills and tools mentioned above to help usher in your 2021?

Change your mindset about failure. Failures are lessons in the journey towards creating your personal masterpiece. How have past failures helped prepare you for future successes?

In order to live up to your full potential, you must remember that you are wonderfully made. Take a moment and write down something that you love about yourself. Put it somewhere you can see it daily. Keep going, the power of positive thinking is a daily practice.
