THERAPY.

You thought about making the call after that last break up that caused you to cry for days and question “Why is this happening to me again? When will it be my turn to find real love?” You thought about it that afternoon when you were on the phone with your mother and every time she spoke, you felt a cringe in your stomach because you wanted to yell at her, curse her, make her feel all those emotions you have felt over the years. But you don’t, you just take her words as they make tiny cuts all over you. You hurt deeply because of your relationship with her and with your father but the words never seem to come out right to express yourself.  You thought about it after that abortion. You found yourself trying to make sense out of how you got here again but putting the pieces of the puzzle together was too overwhelming. You thought about it when you stood in the mirror and looked at the reflection in front of you, but that person was unfamiliar.

The inner conflict is real. 

The thought of “YOU” in therapy is scary but you are also scared to continue the way you have been going. You just want to get clear about who you are right now and learn practical tools to assist you with navigating life on your terms.
